6 to 8 cups prepared instant mashed potatoes
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 teaspoon dry chives
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder or garlic salt
1 (8 ounce) container of sour cream
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix potatoes according to directions on package. Add cream cheese, chives, garlic salt, sour cream, and cheese to the potatoes. Put in casserole dish or baking pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Cover with foil.
