4 Potatoes, boiled and sliced
4 Tomatoes, sliced
2 Green peppers, cut into strips
½ lb Shredded mozzarella
1 cup Sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º . Grease a casserole dish. Arrange one layer of potato slices, then a layer of tomato slices and pepper strips. Sprinkle half the mozzarella cheese, repeat. At last add the sour cream. Cover with foil. Bake until it is bubbling all over, approximately half an hour.
