4 cups chicken broth
1 cup Heavy Cream
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Pepper
4 cups Water

2 cups Uncooked quick grits
2cups Shredded Gouda Cheese (8oz)
½ cup Buttermilk
¼ cup Butter
2 tsp Hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Bring first 5 ingredients to a boil. Whisk in grits, reduce heat to medium and cook until thick (about 15 minutes). Remove from heat, stir in Gouda and remaining ingredients. Pour into greased 9x13 casserole dish and bake in preheated oven at 350º for 1 hour.
