6 corn tortillas
2-3 chopped green onions
1- 4oz can La Victoria diced green chilies
1/2 cup shredded jack cheese (she says use more)
1- 19oz can green chili La Victoria sauce
1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

Directions:

Heat 1 TBSP oil in skillet over medium heat. Fry tortillas quickly on both sides. Drain on paper towels and keep warm. Prepare filling: heat 2 TBSP oil in saucepan. Add chicken and sautéed. Coat tortilla with green sauce. Place 1/4 cup of chicken on tortilla plus green onions and some cheese. Roll and place sean side down in dish. Pour more sauce over all enchiladas and top with cheese. Heat in oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until hot. Can be topped with sour cream and green onions.
