15 oz. cooked lean beef - 21 oz. raw
¼ c. onion, diced
2 tsp. garlic, minced
1½ c. green pepper, chopped
1 (14.5 oz.) can Italian tomatoes, diced
1 c. Rao's Marinara sauce
¾ c. cauliflower rice or pearls
1 tbsp. soy sauce
¼ tsp. pepper
1 c. shredded part-skin mozzarella cheese

In a large skillet, on medium-high heat, cook burger, onions, and garlic until brown. Add the rest of the ingredients except the cheese. Stir together and transfer to a baking dish. Cover and bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes. Take out and sprinkle cheese on top and bake an additional 5-10 minutes. Divide into four equal servings. If making it to freeze, do not put cheese on until ready to cook — thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
