2-3 oz Chicken breast, cooked and finely diced
1 oz Iceberg lettuce, washed and chopped
1 oz Romaine lettuce, washed and chopped
2 oz Tomatoes, washed and chopped
½ Avocado, thinly sliced
2 oz Bacon, cooked and finely chopped
2 oz Hard boiled eggs, finely chopped
2 oz Grated Roquefort or Blue Cheese
Original Cobb Salad Dressing to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place greens on a chilled serving plate. Arrange all other ingredients in rows across lettuce. Add dressing when ready to serve.
 

Cobb Dressing


Ingredients:

2 Egg yolks
2 cups Olive oil
1 Lemon, juiced
3 Tbls Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbls Dijon mustard
1 clove Garlic, minced
½ cup Water
Salt and pepper to taste

Whisk egg yolks, drizzle olive oil into yolks then add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Must keep refrigerated.
