2 Lb Frozen, sliced carrots
1 can Tomato soup
½ cup Apple cider vinegar
½ cup Vegetable oil
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Green pepper, diced
1/8 cup Yellow Mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Steam or boil carrots until tender and thrust into ice bath to chill. Drain after they are cool. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Let cook until mixture thickens, about 10-15 minutes. Pour mixture over carrots, mix thoroughly and allow to refrigerate overnight.
