3 cups Flour
1 tbsp Vinegar
l cup Lard
5 tbsp Water
1 tsp Salt
1 Egg

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg with fork, add 5 tablespoons water and 1 tablespoon vinegar. Meanwhile, cut in lard to flour; add liquid until proper consistency is reached. Do not overwork pie dough or crusts will be tough. Form dough into a ball, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 1 hour or until ready to use.
