Lemon Chicken


Ingredients:

4 4-6 oz Chicken Breast (pounded flat)
4 tbsp Butter
6-8 oz Lemon/Chicken Stock
Seasoned flour (See Misc section for recipe, if necessary)

Directions:
Directions:
Pound chicken breast and dredge in flour. Melt butter in skillet and sauté chicken until completely cooked, turning once (no pink). Remove breast from skillet and transfer to a warm plate. Deglaze skillet with Lemon-chicken stock, scraping any browned bits from the pan. Allow to cook for 2-3 minutes or until slightly thickened. Pour over chicken breast.

4 cups Chicken stock
˝ cup White wine (Sauvignon Blanc)
˝ cup Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Oregano
1 tbsp Basil
3 tsp Fresh minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, heat chicken stock then add rest of ingredients and whisk until fully incorporated. Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
