4 tbsp Butter
4 tsp Vegetable oil
4 Chicken breast - 4-6 oz
4 tbsp White wine
1 cup Heavy cream
12-15 White grapes-halved

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter and oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, salt and pepper to taste and sauté, turning once, until meat turns opaque. Remove from pan and keep warm. Deglaze pan with wine and bring to a boil, scraping up browned bits from bottom of pan. Stir cream into pan. Heat to a boil, stirring, until sauce thickens slightly. Add chicken and grapes and heat through. Serve with rice. Place chicken breast on rice and spoon sauce with grapes on breast.
