6 oz Chicken Breast, pounded
2 oz Lemon Chicken Stock (see recipe)
1 oz White wine
1 tbsp Capers
2 oz Medium mushrooms, sliced
1 Green onion, chopped (include green as long as its crisp)
6 oz Fettuccini
1 ˝ tbsp Olive Oil
Seasoned Flour (see Misc section for recipe, if necessary)

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge chicken breast in seasoned flour and sauté in hot olive oil, burn breasts over and add the mushrooms, onion and capers. Let cook for about 1 minute. Add lemon/chicken stock and allow to continue cooking until chicken is done and sauce has reduced. Heat Fettuccini and next in pasta bowl. Place chicken breast on pasta and pour sauce over all.
