Ingredients:  
- 6 cups of cushaw boiled and drained
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tbsp allspice
- 1/2 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
-spoon 1/2 cushaw into butter baking dish
-mix sugar and spices and sprinkle half of mixture over cushaw
-dot with 1/2 of the butter
-repeat layers
-bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes

-to prepare cushaw, halve cushaw, remove seeds and rind and cut into medium cubes
-place in pan of salted boiling and boil for 2 minutes or until tender, do not over cook
