- 1 cup butter melted
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tsp dried parsley flakes
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano, thyme, marjoram
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary crushed
- 2lbs fresh baby carrots trimmed

- large bowl combine butter, garlic, and herbs
-add carrots and stir until coated
-transfer to greased 3 qrt pan
-cover and bake at 375 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until tender, stirring once
