2 tbsp. oil
2 chicken breasts, diced
1 tbsp. Cajun seasoning
8 oz. garlic sausage
1/2 onion, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 c sliced mushrooms
1 lb. linguine pasta
5 cups chicken broth
1 c heavy cream
1 c parmesan cheese
sliced green onions for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
To hot stock pot, add 2 tbsp. oil and diced chicken. Cook until almost done. Add cajun seasoning and sausage. Continue cooking until heated through. Add next 5 ingredients and stir fry until veggies are tender. Add pasta and broth, stir, cover pot and bring to boil. Stir and cover pot to simmer 10 minutes... stirring every two minutes. Add cream and cheese. Stir. Serve and top with additional cheese and sliced green onions.
