12-15 fresh jalapenos
1 lb. breakfast sausage
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb. thin bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cut jalapenos in half and remove seeds. In a bowl, mix sausage, cream cheese and cheddar cheese. Cut bacon in half. Spoon sausage mixture onto jalapeno halves and wrap with bacon, Place on a baking sheet and bake in oven for 20-30 minutes until bacon is crisp. Serve immediately.
