1 c cornmeal
1 c flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
1 c milk
6 eggs
1/4 c shortening (1/4 of a Crisco stick)

Directions:
Directions:
(To Be Used in Ellyn's Cornbread Dressing) Preheat oven to 425. Place shortening in 8x8 or 9x9 pan and place in oven to heat the oil. Mix all other ingredients and pour into hot pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes until lightly browned. Crumble for Dressing.
