12 oz. Garlic Sausage, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 white onion, cut in half
10 cloves garlic (peeled)
2 lemons, cut in 1/2
1 package button mushrooms
4-8 small ears frozen corn (thawed)
2 lbs. small red potatoes
3/4 to 1 c dry Shrimp Boil or Crawfish Boil Seasoning
4 lbs. Shrimp (2 packages EZ Peel Frozen Raw Shrimp)
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
In large stockpot, heat water with shrimp boil seasoning. When water boils, add veggies and sausage. Allow to return to full boil and cook 10-15 minutes. Remove veggies and sausage from water. Add shrimp and butter. Boil 5 minutes. The longer you boil the shrimp, the spicier they get. Serve with french bread.
 

Shrimp Sauce

- 2 cups mayo
- add ketchup until pink color
-2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Tony Cacheres to taste

Combine all ingredients. Chill before serving.
