2 cups sugar
1 cup salad oil
4 eggs (well beaten)
2 teaspoons soda (dissolve soda in a small amount of water)
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups pumpkin

Icing:
1 box (16 oz.) powdered sugar
½ stick margarine (softened)
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, whipped or soft
1 cup nuts, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, salad oil, eggs, and soda; mix well. Stir in flour, cinnamon, and baking powder. Add 2 cups pumpkin; beat well. Pour into sheet pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Combine icing ingredients; mix well. Spread on warm cake.
