Ingredients:	Ingredients: Crust: 1/4 cup butter, melted 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs 1/3 cup sugar Filling: 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen raspberries, thawed 1/3 cup sugar 1 egg white 1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped

Directions:	Directions: Crust: Combine melted butter with graham cracker crumbs. Blend in sugar and mix well. Reserve 2 tablespoons. Pack crumbs evenly over bottom and sides of 9-inch plate, making a standing rim. Place in 350º oven for 5 minutes. Cool, then chill. Raspberry Filling: Combine un-drained raspberries, granulated sugar and egg white. Blend at low speed. Beat with electric mixer at high speed for 10 minutes or until firm peaks form. Whip cream into raspberry mixture. Turn into chilled shell. Sprinkle with 2 T reserved crumb crust. Freeze three to four hours or until firm. Garnish with additional whipped cream. Wrap frozen pie in plastic wrap for longer storage. Makes 1 pie.
