4 cups milk

1 1/3 cups sugar
4 T flour
7 T corn starch

4 eggs beaten
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
In a 2 quart glass container heat milk to 190º.

Slowly add the dry mixture to hot milk. Mix well with a metal whip. Cook on high until thick and smooth, stirring every 2 minutes. Pour small amount of hot milk mixture into beaten eggs. Pour egg mixture back in remaining mixture. Stir and cook about 3 minutes more. Stir every 2 minutes.
