Ingredients: • 1 Slice of whole grain bread
• 1/4 - 1/2 Small avocado
• Cooking spray
• 1 large egg
• Salt to taste
•Pepper to taste
•Crushed red pepper to taste

Directions:1. Mash avocado and add salt & pepper
2. Heat a pan on low heat and spritz with cooking spray
3. Crack egg into pan, add salt and cook to your preference
4. Toast bread to your preference
5. Place mashed avocado on toast and top with egg
6. Sprinkle some crushed red pepper
7. Enjoy a healthy protein packed breakfast/snack |

Notes: When preparing avocado toast one must feel tranquil. If the preparer of avocado toast is violent the avocado toast will come out spongy. Ximena was so sensitive to avocados, any time they were being scooped she would cry and cry; when she was in her mother’s belly her sobs were so loud that even her neighbor’s who were half-deaf could hear them easily. Ximena closed her eyes each time she took a bite from the exquisite toast she had in front of her. Life would be so much nicer if one could buy avocados for 99 cents, but you can’t put a price on something so heavenly. Eating avocado toast will get you as skinny as a stick. It is a piece of paradise.
