2 small oil-packed jars artichokes, drained and chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. parmesan cheese

Stir and bake at 350º till bubbles. Bake in a small dish and serve with crackers. I copied this recipe from the Best of Trimble County Cookbook circa. 1990.
