1 loaf French Bread, thinly slice and cut into quarters
2 1/4 c whole milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 c sugar
1 tbsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
9 large egg yolks
1/4 tsp rum

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9x13 pan. Place bread slices in pan and set aside. In a medium bowl, whisk together milk, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, sugar, vanilla, rum, salt, and egg yolks until smooth. Pour over bread. Bake at 375 for 40-50 minutes, until golden brown.

5 tbsp flour
3 c heavy cream
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, melt butter on medium low heat. Add flour and cook 10 minutes, stir continually. Add salt, cream, and sugar and stir until mixture becomes thick. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Pour over warm Bread Pudding.
