4 c rice
1 lb Owens Spicy Breakfast Sausage
1 lb fresh chicken livers, chopped
1 medium onion, grated
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp cayenne
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp sage
1-2 c chicken stock

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cook rice according to package directions. While rice is cooking, boil the onion, bell pepper, and garlic in 1 c of water in a large skillet or dutch oven. When water disappears, add sausage and livers and cook, crumbling meat finely. Add rice to meat mixture. Add seasonings and mix well. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Add chicken stock, just until moist. Bake for 30-45 minutes.
