1 1-lb box light brown sugar
1/2 pt whipping cream
2 tbsp butter
1 1/2 c chopped pecans
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Spray sheets of wax paper with cooking spray. microwave brown sugar, whipping cream and butter for 10-12 minutes, stirring half-way through. Add pecans and vanilla. Stir like crazy. When mixture begins to sugar, drop by tablespoon onto waxed paper to harden. If candy becomes too firm to drop, microwave for 30 seconds and stir again.
