2 c. biscuit baking mix (Bisquick)
⅔ c. milk

Dumplings: Mix 2 cups Bisquick and ⅔ cup milk until soft dough forms.

Drop dough by spoonfuls onto stew (do not drop directly into liquid). Cook uncovered over low heat 10 minutes. Cover and cook 10 minutes longer. Depending on where you live, you may need to add more liquid.

Tip: The secret is DO NOT OVERMIX! And let them sit for a few minutes, so they rise.

1 Can chicken broth
2 chickens bullion cubes

Boil chicken for one hour. Remove chicken from pot and remove it from the bones. Cut chicken into small pieces & return to broth. Add chicken bullion cubes, and one can chicken broth to the pan. In a separate bowl, mix Bisquick and milk. Bring chicken and broth to boil then add spoonfuls of the Bisquick mix. Cook 10 minutes covered. Then 10 minutes uncovered
