Ingredients:  
6(10inch) flour tortillas
2 c. swiss or cheddar cheese shredded
1/2 c. ham chopped or other filler (optional)
butter or marg
Directions:
Directions:
Butter one side of one tortilla, place butter side down in skillet.
Place cheese and filler if desired in center of tortilla leaving a 1 inch border.
Place another tortilla on top butter side up. Press edges together as best you can to seal.

Heat over med heat until cheese melts and tortilla is gloden brown.
Flip over and heat other side til browm.
Remove from heat and serve immediatly.
Cut into quarters like pizza.
