3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 stick of margarine
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the above ingredients, pour into a greased baking dish, cover and add topping-bake.

Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 cup chopped nuts
1/3 stick margarine
(Mix thoroughly and sprinkle on souffle. Don't melt margarine, break into pieces and put on top)

Bake at 350º for 30 minutes
