2 c sugar
2 c brown sugar
2 c oil
4 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla
3 3/4 c flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/4 c flour
1 c chopped dates
1 c chopped pecans
1 c coconut flakes
4 c Post Toasties

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix sugar, brown sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla. In another bowl, mix 3 3/4 flour, soda, and salt. Combine with sugar mixture. Stir. In another bowl, mix 1/4 c flour, dates, pecans, coconut and Post Toasties. Combine with sugar mixture. Stir. Drop by tablespoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 11 minutes or until brown.
