1 lb cooked elbow macaroni
1 cup whole milk
2 (12 oz) cans evaporated milk
3 eggs
2 Tbsp sour cream
1 cup butter, cut into small pieces
½ cup Colby cheese, shredded
½ cup Monterey cheese, shredded
½ cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lb Velvetta cheese, cut in chunks
1 cup sharp cheese, shredded
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Put pasta in a 9”x13” dish and set aside. Mix milk and eggs well. Add butter, sour cream, Colby, Monterey jack, sharp cheddar and Velveeta cheeses to the pasta. Pour milk and egg mixture over the pasta. Season with salt and pepper. Mix all together. Sprinkle with remaining cup of sharp cheddar. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
