6-7 Cubed Steaks
1 Green Pepper, diced
½ med Onion, diced
6 oz Tomato Sauce
½ cup Diced Tomatoes (canned)
Seasoned flour*



*seasoned flour- to 1/2 cup of flour, add 1 tablespoon Lawry's Seasoning Salt, 1 tsp Black Pepper, 1 tsp Garlic Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Drench cube steaks in seasoned flour and brown in skillet with about 2-3 tablespoons of Olive Oil about 2-3 minutes per side; place in 9x13 dish. Spread diced peppers and diced onions over the steaks. Ladle diced tomatoes and tomato sauce over peppers and onions. Season lightly with seasoning salt and pepper. Cover dish with foil and bake in 325º oven for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
