Ingredients:  
1 boiled and picked chicken
2 rolls of Ritz crackers
2 sticks of butter or margarine
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
8 oz of sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt one stick of butter in a 9x13 dish, make sure it covers the bottom of the pan. Add one roll of Ritz crackers (crushed). In a separate bowl, mix together chicken, sour cream, and soup. Pour over crackers. Top with the second roll of crushed crackers. Melt the last stick of butter and pour over the top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
