1 Envelope Yeast
1/2 Cup Lukewarm Water
1 Tablespoon Light Brown Sugar
3/4 teaspoon Salt
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 beaten Egg
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

1 Can (8 ounces) Tomato Sauce
Dash of Oregano
1/4 pound sliced Pepperoni
8 ounces Mozzarella Cheese (grated)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast with water and Brown Sugar.

Combine next four ingredients and beat with yeast mixture 3 to 4 minutes until dough is elastic. (add a few drops of extra water if necessary) Set aside and let rise until almost double, about 20 minutes.

Beat it down and spread out in lightly greased pizza pan using the side of your hand to crimp edges.
Pour on Tomato Sauce and spread evenly. Sprinkle with Oregano. Top with Pepperoni and other items. Add Cheese.

Bake at 425 for about 30 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
Makes one large or two small pizzas.
