1 Cup of Sugar
1 Cup of Brown Sugar
2 cups soy sauce
1 tablespoon of oil
garlic powder or granulated garlic to taste
1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Measure sugars and put in medium bowl. Add soy sauce and stir until all sugar is disolved. Stir in Garlic, oil and pepper. You have to add alot of Granulated garlic to the point that you can see it in the soy sauce and you can smell it. Marinate your favoite meat over night is the best and in the tupperware marinader or a zip lock freezer bag. Both my kids will remember eating fish in this sauce. So much better than anythng you will buy in the store.
