2 c rhubarb
1 c sugar
2 T flour
2 eggs
1 T orange juice
½ t grated orange rind
Pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
The orange juice and rind may be omitted if you wish. Cut rhubarb into ½ inch pieces. Slightly beat eggs. Add sugar and flour to eggs. Combine with rhubarb.

Line pie tin with pastry dough. Place rhubarb mix into the pastry shell. Cover with strips of pastry put in crisscrossed fashion. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
