1 onion, diced
Butter
1 small to medium head of cabbage, chopped.
Water
Vinegar
Cream or evaporated milk
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion in butter until nearly done. Add chopped cabbage. Steam until done. Add a little water, if needed. Remove from heat. Add a little vinegar, then cream or evaporated milk. Add salt and pepper to taste.
