1 c mayonnaise
1 c salad dressing like Miracle Whip)
1 T milk
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 head Romaine or iceberg lettuce, coarsely chopped
2 c (8 oz) shredded Swiss cheese
1 (10 oz) package frozen peas, thawed
1 medium purple onion, diced
6 hard boiled eggs
1 1/2 c chopped smoked turkey or bacon
1 lg cucumber, seeded and chopped (optional)

Directions:

1. Stir together first 6 ingredients
2. Layer half each of lettuce and next ingredients, and, if desired, cucumber in a bowl. Spread half of dressing over top; repeat.
3. Cover and chill 8 hours.
