250 grams butter
100gram castor sugar
2 cups cake flour
1/2 cup corn flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cream butter and castor sugar
Add tensing ingredients
Mix to a soft dough
Press into greased or parchment lined square pan
Use knife to section into ‘fingers’
Prick with fork along length of fingers
Bake carefully for 15 to 20 minutes until cookies are just starting to go golden Do not overbown as the cookie needs to be pale
Remove from oven to rack
Sprinkle with some castor sugar while warm
Cut into fingers with sharp knife before it cools
You could cut into rounds or squares before baking if you like

1-5 cups butter
1 cup castor sugar
3 cups allpurpose flour
