1 cup Imitation Maple syrup
1/2 cup Bourbon
1/2 cup Cider Vinegar
1/2 cup Orange Juice
1 tbsp Grated orange zest
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
2 ts[ Dijon mustard
1/4 cup Soy sauce
4 Center cut pork chops

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in large, nonreactive mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. Place pork chops in marinade, coating all sides. Refrigerate 4 to 6 hours, turning once; grill to desired taste.
