4 8-12 oz Beef steaks (NY Strip, Sirloin, Ribeye
1/3 cup Whole Peppercorns
1 tbsp Cilantro, chopped
1/3 cup Molasses
1 cup Balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup Chopped Garlic
3/4 cup Olive Oil
1/4 cup Dijon Mustard

In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Marinate the steak cut of your choice overnight. Cook to order.
