1 clove Garlic, crushed
3 tbsp Salad oil

8 oz Mushrooms, sliced
3 tbsp Butter
2 Tomatoes, cut in wedges
1 cup Beef booth or red wine
Lawry's Seasoning Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak into strips about ¼” wide, set aside. Sauté garlic in oil for a few minutes, remove any large pieces of garlic, add meat and brown. Season with Lawry's Salt. Reduce heat, add onions and ½ cup beef broth or wine, cover and simmer until tender, about an hour.

Meanwhile, sauté green peppers and mushrooms in butter for 5 minutes, add tomato wedges, cook about a minute, then season to taste and combine with meat for 10 minutes of gentle simmering before serving.

Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary. Add up to ½ cup more beef broth or wine if additional sauce is needed. Mixture may be thickened with a tablespoon of cornstarch dissolved in a little of the stock.

This recipe may be increased to any quantity desired. Be careful of the seasoning as you increase the proportions.
Serve over rice, noodles, baked potato, etc.
