4 Boneless Pork Chops, at least 1” thick
2 Cloves Garlic, crushed
1 tbsp Coriander seeds, crushed
½ tbsp Cracked Black Pepper
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
3 tbsp Soy Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl to make marinade. Place pork in marinade and allow to marinate for minimum of 30 minutes. Remove chops from marinade and grill over hot coals for 12-15 minutes, turning once.
