2 1/2 lb Lean beef, cut in 1" cubes, Round Steak or Sirloin tip
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 can Tomato soup (10.75)
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
1 can Cream of celery soup
1/2 pkg Onion soup mix
1 cup Wine – Burgundy or other red wine

Directions:
Carefully trim meat, removing all fat. Cut into 1" cubes. Sauté cubes until browned on all sides. Place in mixing bowl and add soups, onion mix and wine and mix together. Put in an oven-proof dish and bake at 350º for 3 hours
Serve over rice or noodles
