3 Beaten eggs
3/4 cup Milk
3 cup Soft bread crumbs (about 4 1/2 slices)
1/2 cup Finely chopped onion
2 tsp Salt
3 lb Ground beef

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl, combine beaten eggs, milk, bread crumbs, chopped onion and salt; add meat and mix well. Shape into 1" balls. Place the meatballs on a parchment-lined sheet tray or cookie sheet with edges.(A pizza pan will work). Bake @ 375º for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from oven; cool. Remaining meatballs may be kept frozen until ready to use. Place cooled meatballs in freezer still on cookie sheet; freeze firm. Place frozen meatballs in resealable plastic bag and return to freezer. Keep frozen until ready to use. May be used for appetizers or meatballs and spaghetti, Swedish meatballs, etc.
