4 eggs
⅓ c sugar
½ tsp salt
½ tsp vanilla
3 c milk
1 c coconut
Dash nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl beat eggs. Add sugar, salt and vanilla. Gradually add milk, mix well. Stir in coconut. Place 6 ungreased 10 oz custard cups in a 13x9" pan. Fill each with ¾ c mixture. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Fill larger pan with 1" boiling water. Bake until just set, center jiggles.
