1 egg white
¾ c sugar
⅛ tsp cream of tarter
3 tbsp water
½ tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg white, sugar, cream of tarter and water in top of double boiler. Put over boiling water a beat with rotary beater until stiff peaks form, about 7 minutes. Fold in vanilla.
