1 whole hen (boiled and chopped)
3 stalks celery (diced)
1 pinch of onion (approx. 2 tablespoons)
celery seeds ( to taste)
sweet pickle relish (to taste)
Miracle Whip salad dressing (no substitute, add to taste and your desired consistency)
3 tablespoons sugar (to taste, don't leave this out)
3 boiled eggs, chopped
