1 chicken
White corn tortillas
Colby and Jack cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1-1/2 pkgs. taco seasoning or 2 T Cumin and 3 T. Chili powder
1 T. Garlic salt
Cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Boil and pulled chicken, reserve broth
In a frying pan combine chicken with broth and simmer, chopping with spatula until chicken is shredded, add 1 pkg. taco seasoning.
Place chicken soup in saucepan with 1/2 can of water, 1/2 pkg. taco seasoning.
Place tortillas briefly in oil and drain, add chicken and cheese to tortilla, roll and place in greased 9x13 pan, pour remaining sauce over enchiladas and cover with cheese.

Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly.
