5 lbs Potatoes, peeled
1 stick of butter
2 c shredded cheese
1/2 to 3/4 bottle of Hormel real bacon bits
8 oz sour cream
4 slices of all American Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and boil potatoes in salt water until fork will smash potatoes on side of pot, then drain. WHile hot, stir in cheese slices, butter, sour cream, bacon bits and 1/2 bag of shredded cheese. Add pepper to taste. Put in large pirex 10x13 and add remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes or until brown. Let rest for 10 minutes.
