8 cups cranberries ( 1 -12 oz bag is 3 cups)
5 cups water
5 cups sugar
1 pouch Certo Liquid Pectin

Directions:
Directions:
To make Jam run the cranberries through food prosessior until fine.

Place cranberries in a large saucepan, add water. Bring to a boil on medium heat. stirringoccasionally. Reduce heat to medium heat; cover. Simmer 15 minutes stirring occasionally.

Measure exactly 6 cups prepared jam into sauce pan.add sugar, mixwell, Bring to a full rolling boil on high heat; boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Immediately stir in pectin. Stir and skim foam for 5 minutes.

Pour immediately into warm sterilized jars, filling to 1/4 inch from rims. Seal while hot with sterilized two piece lids and new centers.
